Thornwood Lodge is a malaria-free Self-Catering Bush Lodge situated in the Southern Waterburg, just 40km outside of Warmbaths on the R516.

The lodge caters for groups of up to 16 in the chalets and lodge, and an additional 2 guests accommodated on sleeper or bunkbed in the games room if required.

Family groups, Parties, Reunions, Golf groups, Group functions or just a weekend away in the bush.

Group Venue
Thornwood Lodge can accommodate up to 16 guests. We hire the lodge out to groups only.

Malaria Free
The Lodge is 2 hours from Johannesburg in the Waterberg area, near Bela-Bela Limpopo.

Serviced Self-Catering
Self-catering with fully equipped kitchen which is serviced twice daily. Bedrooms serviced daily.

Game Viewing
Thornwood Lodge has various animal species on the farm for game viewing.

Accomodations
Thornwood Lodge can accommodate 16 persons – special arrangements for four more. Each Room is detailed for your information but are not rented out separately although special requests will be entertained.
